Rev. Dr. Tom Zoelzer:
Transitional Senior Minister

The Rev. Dr. Thomas Zoelzer has been the Transitional Senior Minister at The Union Church of Hinsdale since January 2011.  “Rev. Tom” has 36 years experience as an ordained minister of the United Church of Christ.  For 30 years, he served 4 congregations in the Midwest as the installed pastor and is now in his fourth call as a trained intentional interim minister.  He will serve the congregation as the Senior Minister until the congregation calls a new Senior Minister.

He holds both a Masters of Divinity degree and Doctor of Ministry degree from Eden Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri.  He also has specialized training from the Interim Ministry Network and Appreciative Inquiry methods from the Clergy Leadership Institute.
